Documentation Centre

With the objective of assisting activists and researchers with crucial information on the environment and related concerns DISHA maintains a documentation centre.

The documentation centre maintains news clippings on environment and environmental health issues since 1999. Right now relevant news items from 10 newspapers, English and Bangla, are being marked and preserved.

Moreover the Library maintains a collection of books, periodicals, reports and CDs.
Interested readers and researchers are invited to use our documentation centre, which remains open from Monday through Saturday (except important holidays) from 12 noon to 8 PM.
